Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures the effective implementation of youth reentry services for system-impacted youth and young adults, ages 14–18, through trauma-informed, healing-centered, and mission-aligned programming.**Key Responsibilities*** Oversee daily operations of the Youth Reentry Center, including safety, compliance, and adherence to Center SOPs* Supervise, support, and coordinate multidisciplinary staff and wraparound services* Plan and implement program curriculum, recreational activities, and field trips aligned with youth needs* Monitor program outcomes, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts* Build and maintain internal and external partnerships* Perform other related duties as assigned## Qualifications**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred* 5+ years’ experience in youth reentry or related field* 3+ years supervisory experience* Strong leadership and communication skills* Bilingual Spanish/English preferredWork Environment Fast-paced, mission-driven environment working directly with system-impacted youth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
