Title: Engineering Manager, AI-First Cloud Development

Team: Technology

Location: Hybrid, must be within range of our Waterloo Office

About the Role

Software engineering is changing rapidly. We believe AI will fundamentally change how great teams understand problems, design solutions, build, test, deploy, and operate software. Mach7 Technologies is looking for an Engineering Manager, AI-First Cloud Development to help lead that transformation from our Waterloo office. This is more than a traditional engineering management role. We are looking for a leader who can develop exceptional engineers, strengthen our cloud and DevOps capabilities, embrace AI-assisted development, and help make Waterloo an energized center of engineering excellence. Most importantly, we want someone who believes engineering success is measured by the customer outcomes we improve, not simply the features we deliver.

What You'll Do

·         Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing engineering team
