This Team Leader is responsible for understanding, evaluating and guiding the application of Trane‐developed and OEM compressors across CHVAC product portfolios—including Unitary, Applied, and emerging Data Center solutions. The role ensures that compressor selections align with CHVAC’s performance, cost, reliability, manufacturability and technology roadmap needs and works closely with OEM suppliers, the Applied Compression Center (ACC), Technology Integration, Product Engineering, NPD/ETO implementation teams and cross‐functional partners to drive disciplined, high‐quality application decisions.
