โ€ข Oversee and mentor junior engineers and support staff.
โ€ข Review and approve structural plans, reports, and submittals.
โ€ข Conduct site visits and construction administration tasks as needed.
โ€ข Ensure all design work complies with relevant codes and client standards.
โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure consistent, clear communication throughout each project.
โ€ข Contribute to proposals, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masterโ€™s preferred).

โ€ข Strong technical skills in structural analysis and design software (e.g., RISA, RAM, ETABS, Revit).
โ€ข Familiarity with IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and other relevant codes and standards.
โ€ข Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Experience working with federal or municipal clients is a plus.
โ€ข Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities:
โ€ข Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
โ€ข Client-focused mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.
โ€ข Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
โ€ข Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
