Job description

Description
Design and develop vehicle electrical system software, hardware, functional architectures using
tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, C, Python and embedded programming. Perform Electronic
Control Unit (ECU), Function Owner engineering activities through the V-model lifecycle using
MBSE and model-based design tools for system and subsystem requirements - JAMA, Codebeamer,
Flow; MIL, SIL, HIL for verification. Develop, validate and integrate control modules to meet the
vehicle electrical requirements, cyber security and AUTOSAR standards, NHTSA FMVSS and EPA
regulations for improved vehicle safety and reduce vehicle emissions. Create and maintain DFMEA,
DVP&R, validation plans, and technical documentation to support system reliability and quality.
Primary worksite is Troy MI but relocation possible.
Requirements
Req: Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field with
5 months experience as Project or Electrical Engineer. Ref: #0678.
