Job description

We're hiring a Quality Technician Supervisor to lead quality inspection activities and support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment on 2nd Shift. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting production teams.

Second Shift $70k-$80k

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Quality Technicians and Inspectors
  • Oversee inspections, testing, and quality documentation
  • Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions
  • Support ISO 9001 compliance and audit activities
  • Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Production and Engineering to improve quality performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
  • Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T experience preferred
  • PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and SPC experience a plus
