As an engineering psychologist, your responsibilities include evaluating the human factors in a workplace, creating guidelines and making changes to guarantee the safety of employees, and explore ways in which workplaces can be made more inclusive and available to people with disabilities. Other duties include analyzing machinery, products, and employee practices to determine if changes are necessary to promote better ergonomics and safety.
