Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of site plans, grading plans, and utility plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to gather data for project planning.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop project specifications and designs.
  • Perform calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project approvals.
  • Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases.
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to superiors.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Manages the permits with all government agencies, local and state.
  • Understanding and communicating information tactfully.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ICPR, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Land Development and Municipal projects
BS in Civil Engineering
Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater, Utilities, and permitting with our Local and State Regulatory Agencies is required.

$80,000-$110,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
