Job description

Company: Berry & Clay Construction

Position: On Site Project Manager


Berry & Clay Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead work associated with Copperas Cove ISD's $142 million bond program.


This three-phase construction program includes major renovations and additions across multiple campuses.


Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
  • Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
  • Ensure quality control, safety, and contract compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor field staff and assist with overall project planning and execution.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Valid driver's license.
