We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of key engineering and capital projects across North America and Europe. What will you be doing?
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of engineering development, scale-up, and capital projects across global sites
  • Drive project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation and contingency plans
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Global Engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and successful execution
  • Lead regular project updates and provide reporting and analysis to senior leadership
  • Facilitate communication across teams and work with leaders to resolve bottlenecks and resource constraints
