What you’ll do:
  • Work as a leader of project teams to drive the delivery and implementation of major capital projects (>$30 MM USD) within the company’s North America. May be required to manage projects simultaneously at multiple sites.
  • Full project life cycle ownership of projects: successful project delivery will include full implementation from conceptual design (prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project) through initiation and deployment for assigned projects.
  • Manage all aspects of projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Includes: project scope and changes, day‑to‑day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings, understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs, participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders, define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services, and monitor, track, and control workstreams to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Intimately familiar with requirements of Process Safety Management. Should be capable of leading basic and detailed Risk Assessments, HAZOP’s, MOC’s, PSSR’s, LOPA, developing and implementing SIS.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks.

The salary for this role is $150,000.00- $175000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
