Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies. The Project Manager will lead complex projects focused on application modernization, ensuring effective stakeholder management and delivering impactful presentations to senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management activities including managing project scope, planning, implementations, feature rollouts, process improvements, integrations, and migrations related to new acquisitions or business lines.
• Actively manage project stakeholders and project teams, facilitating all project status and / or agile ceremonies, and tracking and reporting progress.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive, executive-level presentations clearly communicating project objectives, progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure alignment and project success.
• Monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, promptly identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Drive the execution of effective change management and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user acceptance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Native US Citizen required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects (implementations, integrations, migrations, and rollouts).
• Proficient in stakeholder management, adept at communicating effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Strong capabilities in preparing and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects or programs successfully, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive risk management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
Preferred:
• PMP and Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe Agilist) highly preferred.
