Compensation Range: $75,000 – $115,000 annually

Compensation is determined by a combination of an individual's education, experience, skills, and qualifications.

Purpose of Role

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing projects that improve operational performance, enhance product quality, and support strategic business initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from concept through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and company objectives.

The Manufacturing Project Manager serves as a key liaison between manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource requirements while monitoring project progress and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production Planning, Customer Service, and other business functions.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes, production data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, cost reductions, and process optimization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate project status, and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate supplier and vendor activities to ensure project deliverables, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Serve as a primary customer contact for assigned manufacturing programs, quotations, contracts, engineering changes, and project-related communications.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, environmental requirements, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable quality management systems.
  • Support new product introductions, manufacturing process improvements, and capital equipment implementation projects.
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and action plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience within pump manufacturing, rotating equipment, industrial equipment, or heavy manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting customer-driven manufacturing programs and engineered-to-order products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
