This role is a mix of an Agile Coach/Product Owner. She is looking for someone who is really dynamic for this role - Someone who is really persuasive and gets people on their side. Needs this person who can come in with new ways of thinking/working. Need someone who understands product strategy and guiding teams. Need Team Manager experience. Instructors for larger audiences and empower folks.

It is a mix of a Product Owner or Coach - COMM skills are HUGE for this one.
