Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support project management in organizing project-related processes, timelines, staff and resources.
  • Maintain project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Monitor project progress and handle organizational issues.
  • Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Qualification and Assessment of Functional and Key User Teams.
  • Handle data cleansing and coordinate testing activities in SAP.
  • Analyze and create business cases and studies.
  • Support role authorization requests and troubleshooting of issues with authorizations in SAP.
  • Coordinate with global Role officer on role concept and improvements.

Your Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
  • Travel availability, up to 50% (domestic and international).
