Senior Project Manager/ Sr Connectivity NPI Program Lead

Location: Mossville, IL
Job Type: Contract / Long-Term (12+ Months)
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Connectivity NPI Program Lead / Technical Program Manager to lead the development and launch of customer- and dealer-facing connectivity solutions across IoT, telematics, cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, and positioning technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical engineering knowledge, NPI/program leadership, connectivity experience, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from requirements through engineering execution and product delivery.
  • Define and manage functional and technical connectivity requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering, technology, product, business, and supplier teams.
  • Develop and maintain technology and product roadmaps.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, and mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate connectivity technologies, suppliers, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Support systems, hardware, and software requirements development and traceability.
  • Coordinate with enterprise architecture, technology, digital, engineering, and business teams.
  • Present program status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior/VP-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
  • Strong experience in Technical Program Management / NPI / Engineering Program Management
  • Experience with systems engineering, product development, requirements management, and cross-functional engineering execution
  • Demonstrated experience with program/project execution and risk management
  • Strong technical communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority
