Join our Team as a Production Engineering Co-Op
The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Production Engineering Co-Op to join our team this fall, September 2026 through December 2026! This co-op This role will provide hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, and digital transformation projects. You will contribute to initiatives that improve equipment performance and help develop digital tools for better maintenance management
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support projects to improve machine uptime, increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
  • Work with the team to develop and enhance our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Assist in creating and deploying Power BI dashboards to track maintenance KPIs.
  • Help design data connections and interfaces between SAP Maintenance Module and Power BI for real-time reporting.
  • Analyze breakdown and downtime data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to understand maintenance workflows and suggest optimization opportunities.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in an engineering field
