Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Technical Program/Project Coordinator to support HPE technology and AI infrastructure programs. The candidate will work with senior program managers, technical teams, customers, and vendors to coordinate activities, track deliverables, follow up on actions, and provide project updates.

 

This is a coordination/program management role, not a hands-on engineering role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior Program Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
  • Track tasks, milestones, deadlines, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, MOMs, and action items.
  • Follow up with technical teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Prepare project status reports and management updates.
  • Maintain project trackers and documentation.
  • Understand technical discussions and communicate key updates clearly.
  • Escalate delays, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Support HPE and Federal account-related activities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Technical Program Management, IT Consulting, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
  • Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Good client-facing and interpersonal skills.
