The Opportunity

The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is seeking an Office Manager to be the frontline face and logistical hub of the organization’s operations. This person will manage the reception area, warmly welcome visitors and volunteers, field calls and texts, and provide essential administrative support ensuring that communications, documents, schedules, and data flows support the delivery of organizational operations and programming. With a mix of front-desk duties, team coordination, data management, general operational oversight, and program support, this role helps elevate the Foundation’s day-to-day functioning and public image.
