LIDD is a leading supply chain management consulting firm specializing in strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain operations and enterprise technology solutions. The Role

The Program Manager is a senior delivery leader within LIDD's Project Services Office (PSO). This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale, multi-workstream client programs while contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the PSO as a shared service across the organization.

The Program Manager provides leadership across ERP, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Digital Transformation initiatives. They ensure delivery excellence through effective governance, resource coordination, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial oversight.

In addition to managing strategic client programs, the Program Manager plays a key role in building project management standards, mentoring Project Managers, improving delivery methodologies, and supporting portfolio planning across multiple practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise software and supply chain transformation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
  • Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Establish program governance, executive steering committees, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Drive successful execution against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
  • Manage program dependencies, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.
  • Serve as the senior delivery contact for executive stakeholders.
  • Lead escalation management and resolution of critical delivery issues.
  • Champion project and program management best practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of PSO standards, tools, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Promote consistency while enabling flexibility across technology practices.
  • Support capacity planning, resource forecasting, and prioritization across client engagements.
  • Provide guidance on project health, risk exposure, and delivery performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex technology implementation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large ERP or enterprise software implementations.
  • Proven success managing multi-project programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong financial management and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), or related technologies.
  • Experience establishing or improving PMO/PSO functions.
  • Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and retail operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environment.

Certifications

  • PMP certification considered a significant asset.
  • PgMP certification considered a significant asset.
  • Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications are advantageous.
