Description
As the iCloud Mail EPM, you will lead cross-functional programs that deliver new capabilities and quality improvements to one of Apple's most widely used services. You'll partner with engineering, design, and operations leaders to define plans, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned from concept through launch.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development.
Experience leading large programs; from requirements gathering collaboration with product and design teams, through software development and release qualification while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Previous experience building customer facing products / services with foundational understanding of the technical details.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Claude code development.
Experience managing incident response, service health, or operational readiness programs for live production services.
Background partnering with Privacy, Security, Legal, and Localization teams to launch globally compliant features.
Working knowledge of email standards and technologies such as IMAP, SMTP, JMAP, MIME, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, or related anti-abuse and deliverability systems.
