Job description

Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of steam turbine generator control system projects for a direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on managing multiple projects, fostering collaboration across teams, and helping ensure successful, compliant, and timely project outcomes. You will serve as a key point of coordination between customers, engineering teams, field services, suppliers, and global partners.

In addition to project delivery, you will help coordinate customer training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to control systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Coordinate multiple concurrent turbine generator controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk tracking across assigned projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Quality Track milestones, deliverables, and project performance, and support risk identification and mitigation efforts Facilitate scope, schedule, and cost change discussions with stakeholders Support end-to-end project coordination activities, including procurement planning, vendor coordination, billing milestones, and project closeout Controls & Cybersecurity CoordinationsMaintain a working understanding of turbine and generator control and protection systems Support alignment with applicable cybersecurity requirements and customer policies Coordinate cybersecurity reviews, documentation, and testing with subject matter experts Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory review processes Work with systems related to industrial control systems (ICS), including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and associated infrastructure Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a primary point of contact for customer coordination throughout project execution Facilitate project meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussions Prepare and share clear updates on project progress, schedules, and key milestones Support timely and effective resolution of project-related questions or concerns Contribute to cost estimates and proposals for additional work opportunities The base range for this contract position is $120,000 - $130,000 salary, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S
