The Senior Product Operations Manager plays a key role in optimizing and scaling product operations across Relias' product portfolio. This role enhances efficiency, improves data-driven decision-making, and ensures seamless collaboration between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other stakeholders. The Senior Product Operations Manager also leads process innovation, implements strategic initiatives, and proactively drives operational excellence across the product organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Analyze and optimize product development workflows to improve efficiency and execution.
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks to enhance team productivity.
• Define and scale best practices for product operations.
• Optimize feedback intake and management to ensure a scalable, structured process.
• Streamline routing and tracking to ensure feedback reaches the right teams efficiently.
• Enhance system governance to maintain visibility and accountability across the feedback lifecycle.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate product success, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure data transparency and accessibility for decision-making.
• Serve as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, processes, and key deliverables.
• Partner with UX, Customer Success, and Sales to refine product processes that enhance customer experience and retention.
• Own the definition, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators across product initiatives.
• Ensure leadership and stakeholders have visibility into product performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the adoption and optimization of product management tools, dashboards, and documentation to drive efficiency and alignment.
• Standardize and improve cycle planning, prioritization, and reporting processes.
• Own the definition, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators across product operations initiatives.
• Partner with Product and UX to embed AI into core workflows in ways that measurably improve speed and decision quality
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Advanced knowledge of modern product management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience improving complex workflows.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency improvements and implement scalable processes.
• Experience with OKRs, KPI tracking, and strategic planning in a product-led environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Applied AI literacy: ability to identify where AI can improve product workflows, define guardrails, and scale usage responsibly without centralizing creativity.
• 7-10 years of experience in product operations, product management, or operational roles supporting product and engineering teams.
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to drive operational improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree
