This person oversees product development, electrical and controls engineering, technical support, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing support while leading new product development efforts and managing a team of engineers. The role is responsible for ensuring products remain safe, reliable, code-compliant, manufacturable, and aligned with company growth objectives.

Experience supporting manufacturing, installation, service, and field troubleshooting activities. ERP system experience (particularly Visual ERP), engineering documentation systems, and project management software. Ability to train technical personnel, dealers, and customers on products and systems. Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience resolving warranty or field service issues. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access proficiency. Experience managing engineering documentation, engineering change requests (ECRs), bills of materials, manufacturing drawings, and installation manuals. Ability to work with cross-functional groups including Sales, Production, Purchasing, Service, Dealers, Customers, and Executive Leadership.
