Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and technical professionals

Technical Leadership Responsibilities


Lead manufacturing engineering strategy for aerospace machining operations


Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives


Improve productivity, throughput, quality, and cost performance


Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production readiness activities


Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions


Lead capital equipment and automation projects


Analyze production data and implement sustainable process improvements


Support root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives


Ensure compliance with AS9100 and aerospace customer requirements


Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost


What We're Looking For


Leadership Experience


Proven success leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills


Experience leading through change and driving organizational improvements


Technical Experience


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline


7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace, CNC machining, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing


3+ years of engineering leadership experience


Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, machining, and process optimization


Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies


Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and aerospace quality systems


Experience supporting AS9100 environments
