Job Description:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a technical team responsible for turning complex product concepts into reliable, production-ready solutions.
This position combines people leadership, technical oversight, and execution management. You will guide mechanical and electrical engineers through detailed design, testing, manufacturing preparation, product changes, and ongoing product improvement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader who can challenge technical decisions, develop engineers, establish clear priorities, and improve how engineering projects move from design into manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical and electrical engineering resources supporting new designs, product modifications, testing, and production launch
  • Provide technical direction during design reviews and ensure engineering work meets performance, quality, and manufacturing requirements
  • Coordinate engineering activity with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product teams
  • Establish project priorities, measurable goals, and operating metrics to improve engineering execution
  • Strengthen design documentation, technical reviews, change control, and knowledge transfer practices
  • Drive structured troubleshooting and corrective action when technical or production issues arise
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 8+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or product-focused organization
  • Previous leadership experience supporting engineers responsible for mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical products
  • Strong understanding of product design, verification/testing, manufacturing readiness, and engineering change management
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as FMEA, 8D, A3, root cause analysis, or similar approaches
  • Ability to review engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design outputs; familiarity with SolidWorks and/or Altium is preferred
