Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA +12 years of related experience with at least 4 years of experience acting in a leadership or practice-building capacity or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
  • PE
  • Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in substation engineering
  • A passion for developing people and building strong teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing projects, clients, and technical teams
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and client success
  • PE in multiple states
