Supplier Quality Specialist (Supply Chain & Compliance)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Specialist to help ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, compliance, reliability, and performance expectations. This position works cross-functionally with Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and external suppliers to evaluate supplier performance, maintain compliance documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Review and analyze supplier quality performance data and metrics.
- Prepare, document, and maintain Supplier Quality Reviews.
- Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure supplier documentation, certifications, and compliance records are accurate and up to date.
- Support supplier qualification and ongoing supplier performance monitoring activities.
- Maintain records within quality management systems and ERP platforms.
- Assist with internal and external audits, compliance requests, and regulatory documentation reviews.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen supplier quality, reliability, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Quality, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Supplier Quality
- Quality Assurance
- Procurement
- Supply Chain
- Supplier Management
- Manufacturing Quality
- Experience reviewing supplier documentation, quality records, and performance metrics.
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or biotechnology.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Infor LN, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of supplier compliance requirements, audits, ISO standards, and quality management systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
