Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a Product Data Change Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in governing and enhancing product data management and lifecycle processes. This position focuses on ensuring that product modifications are implemented efficiently, accurately and in alignment with business goals while improving workflow efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the scalability of system configurations. Job Responsibilities

ย  ย Manage and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows, including Change Orders, Change Requests, and Deviations, ensuring efficient processes and accurate documentation.
ย  ย Support the governance of product data integrity, standardization, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
ย  ย Configure and maintain product management systems, enabling scalable and reliable workflows while identifying automation opportunities.
ย  ย Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT) to align processes and ensure smooth implementation of changes.
ย  ย Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable insights and operational visibility.
ย  ย Investigate and resolve system errors, process bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
ย  ย Analyze the impact of product changes on manufacturing, supply chain, and customer experience, supporting data-driven decision-making.
ย  ย Explore and support AI-driven capabilities such as summarization, anomaly detection, and workflow recommendations.

Job Requirements


ย  ย Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
ย  ย 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM/PLM with configuration experience is desirable.
ย  ย Proficiency in workflow configuration, data visualization for KPI reporting, and/or automation tools.
ย  ย Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
ย  ย Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
ย  ย Experience with AI-driven tools and capabilities is a plus.
ย  ย A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 149,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
