Job description

  • Process technical information: Analyze and issue Engineering Change Notices (ECN), create parts lists, make conversion tables for Automatic Transmission conversions, compare drawings and specs, and update container information.
  • Report information such as warranty or component usage information to AASA internal customers such as Accounting.
  • Organization of technical information including filing Engineering Change Notices, parts lists, drawings, technical instructions, and other information.
  • Respond to communication requests from internal customers (remanufacturing lines, core receiving, etc.)
  • Most communication will be with various AISIN groups, such as AWQUIS and AW-J in Japan, AWA-LA and Detroit, CQE-LA and AWTEC internally.
  • Perform other responsibilities reasonably related to the specific job.
