About the role:

As an Engineering Assistant Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, manage team, and ensure successful project execution while balancing technical and managerial responsibilities.

This role will be heavily focused on six key elements:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor engineering teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure high performance and professional development.
