Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Engineering Managers and senior leadership within the Intel & Cyber Division. This role requires exceptional professionalism, integrity, judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful selfstarter with strong interpersonal skills who can work independently or collaboratively, manage complex tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Provide administrative support to Engineering functional leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments
  • Prepare, edit, format, and publish reports, spreadsheets, presentations, memoranda, agendas, and other documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Create, maintain, and organize databases, shared files, and functional discipline artifacts
  • Coordinate travel; prepare itineraries; assist with timely expense report submissions
  • Prioritize, track, and help drive completion of key deliverables; follow up on outstanding actions
  • Conduct basic research and data analysis in support of program and organizational needs
  • Support meetings and conferences, including logistics and food service arrangements
  • Draft and prepare presentation materials for both internal and executive-facing reviews
  • Distribute mail, packages, and paperwork; relay messages and provide information to callers
  • Process overtime requests and support other administrative workflows
  • Perform additional related duties as required to support leadership and engineering execution
  • Ability to obtain US Government Clearance

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills: 

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel, including experience with data manipulation and the creation / management of pivot tables
  • Experience navigating Power BI dashboards and applying filters to support organizational analytics
  • Experience supporting senior executives and/or senior government or Department of Defense stakeholders
  • High energy, positive attitude, and collaborative mindset
