Job description

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  1. Document processing and transmission in a timely manner
  2. Word processing and data entry
  3. Registering projects and proposals
  4. Creating folders
  5. Filing, assembling and binding reports
  6. Formatting and scanning documents
  7. Transmitting documents
  8. Assisting with answering phones and office mail delivery
  9. Providing backup to other administrative personnel during absences, lunch breaks, training, etc.
  10. You may also perform other clerical tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years related experience
