The Job

As Assistant Chief Engineer, you will support the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the Engineering department. You will partner directly with the Chief Engineer to oversee lodge units, association property, mechanical systems, and overall facilities to ensure everything operates at the highest standards.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily departmental operations, staffing, and team development
  • Managing preventive maintenance schedules and performing daily facility inspections
  • Ensuring high-standard maintenance across all guest areas, lodge units, and mechanical systems
