Process, Product and Tooling development and improvement including product launch Performing trials to determine the validity of new product designs Troubleshooting processes and lines, eliminate downtime Improvement/Failure product analysis Modifying/Creating manufacturing documents for new/improved products &/or processes Building & designing prototype extrusion and machining tooling, working with vendors to generate design documentation Specifying & ordering tooling & components while complying with budget Assisting in statistical analysis for Quality projects Maintaining operational qualifications, standards & procedures Paperwork, presenting projects and keeping track of due dates
