Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst – Child Support Modernization

Location: Hartford, Connecticut (Hybrid/Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to support a Child Support Modernization project. The ideal candidate will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, execute comprehensive test scenarios, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure application quality and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Child Support business applications.
  • Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
  • Document test results, identify defects, and validate issue resolutions.
  • Verify system functionality against business requirements and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing experience.
  • Experience supporting Child Support Modernization projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Child Support business processes and case management.
  • Experience with test planning, defect management, and requirements validation.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, ALM, or similar testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal OCSE regulations.
  • Experience supporting State Government modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of requirements traceability and quality metrics.
  • Experience with ProTech Child Support System.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
