Jefferson Radiology, a leading subspecialty group practice, is seeking a dedicated Breast Imager to join their team in Hartford, CT. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career within an industry leader, supported by a team of subspecialty radiologists. The role involves comprehensive breast imaging responsibilities and offers a 1-year partnership track, with fellows welcome to apply.

  • 90+ physician sub-specialty group practice with 400+ non-physician staff members
  • Partners with Connecticut Children's Medical Center, ranked as one of the best children's hospitals in the nation
  • Covers multiple imaging centers, community hospitals, and tertiary-academic centers
  • Unified, enterprise PACS with home workstations for all physicians
  • State-of-the-art cloud-based system with AI tools and workflow enhancement solutions
  • Supports a freestanding 20-person residency

Responsibilities

  • Clinical responsibilities include all aspects of Breast Radiology
  • Close partnership and collaboration with breast medical and surgical specialists at Connecticut Children's
  • Opportunities for leadership, program development and research

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $400,000-$650,000
  • This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • 1 year partnership track

Requirements

  • Fellowship trained in breast imaging, but also capable of reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging
  • Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
  • Completed a one-year post-residency fellowship training, in Breast Radiology
  • Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
