What are the unique challenges and rewards of working as a weekend xray technologist?

Working as a Weekend Xray Technologist often involves independently handling a higher volume of urgent cases, as weekends typically see more emergency and inpatient imaging requests. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, as you may encounter a broader range of cases with less direct supervision. On the positive side, weekend shifts often come with shift differentials or premium pay, and can offer flexibility for those seeking a non-traditional work schedule.
