About the Role:

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup based in San Francisco, focused on transforming the way sales teams operate. Their platform acts as an AI Sales Assistant—automating repetitive tasks so reps can focus on building real relationships and closing deals.

This is a high-impact, onsite role where you’ll be part of a talented technical team building real-time AI and ML solutions that are already powering hundreds of millions in sales pipeline.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Building and deploying production-grade ML models focused on real-time collaboration, natural language understanding, and intelligent decision-making.
  • Projects may include:
    • GPT/LLM-powered sales call analysis and coaching
    • Predictive modeling of conversations using embeddings and Markov models
    • Building smart playbooks that adapt to live conversations

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning
  • 2+ years training and deploying ML models in production
  • Proficiency in Python, plus experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn
  • Strong knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers, LLMs
