Job description

GTM Engineer
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
This range reflects the base salary VibeIQ expects to pay for this role. Actual offers may vary based on the candidate's experience and skills ABOUT US

At VibeIQ, we pioneer the future of digital collaboration with our platform built specifically for product creation teams. Our mission is to allow companies that design, manufacture, or sell products to work more effectively, enable a more sustainable work life balance, and reduce their impact on the environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

VibeIQ is looking for a GTM Engineer to build, automate, and maintain the systems that power our go-to-market motion. Sitting at the intersection of revenue operations and hands on automation, you'll replace manual, repetitive work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and finance operations with scalable, data driven workflows, enrichment pipelines, automated outbound, lead routing and scoring, signal detection, and AI powered workflows. Reporting to the VP of GTM and working closely with senior members of the business, you'll think in terms of pipeline and revenue outcomes: you'll implement and improve our GTM tooling, contribute to tooling strategy, and help make every GTM team faster and smarter. The primary focus is sales and marketing pipeline generation, with a strong secondary mandate to extend the same systems into customer success and support (including Zendesk automation). You'll be measured on pipeline sourced and influenced, funnel conversion, speed to lead, and the efficiency gains your automations deliver.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Sales: Build and maintain outbound systems - data pipelines and multi step personalized sequences that replace manual prospecting across sending tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Hubspot).
  2. Sales & ABM: Build lead and account scoring, ABM audience targeting, and lead routing and speed to lead automation so the right leads and target accounts reach the right rep instantly, with full context.
  3. Marketing: Engineer signal and intent based plays, turning product usage, web activity, and third party intent data into triggered, targeted campaigns.
  4. Marketing: Manage CRM data quality and integrations in HubSpot (our primary CRM) - deduplication, lifecycle stages, workflows, and syncing enrichment and scoring into the funnel.
  5. Customer Success & Support: Extend the same infrastructure to build churn risk and expansion signal detection (usage drops, champion departure, billing anomalies), plus automated onboarding and health score workflows.
  6. Customer Success & Support: Automate support workflows in Zendesk - ticket triage and routing, macros, and AI assisted deflection - where it improves the customer experience (a strong secondary focus of the role).
  7. Finance ops: Partner with Finance to automate revenue adjacent workflows - quote/contract/SOW generation, approvals, and billing and renewal processes, and syncing data between HubSpot and finance systems - reducing manual handoffs between GTM and finance.
  8. Systems & integration: Connect the GTM stack via APIs and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier/Make), writing basic Python, JavaScript, and SQL where off the shelf tools fall short.
  9. AI: Apply LLM tooling to GTM workflows, research, personalization, enrichment, and summarization - with sensible governance and quality controls.
  10. Strategy & partnership: Partner with Sales, CS, and Finance to translate revenue goals into systems, and measure impact in pipeline and conversion.
  11. Tooling: Help evaluate, consolidate, and document the GTM tech stack, and contribute to tooling strategy alongside the VP of GTM.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  1. 2-4 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, marketing/sales operations, or growth engineering, including building and maintaining revenue infrastructure.
  2. Hands on experience building automations - multi step workflows, conditional logic, and API integrations - using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, AirOps, or Clay.
  3. Solid HubSpot administration skills (or comparable CRM such as Salesforce), including workflows, lead scoring, and data quality.
  4. Working proficiency with SQL and some Python and/or JavaScript for data manipulation and custom integrations.
  5. Fluency with data enrichment and sales engagement tooling (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft).
  6. Familiarity with support/CS tooling (e.g., Zendesk) and building automations around ticketing and customer health.
  7. Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools to GTM workflows, beyond casual use.
  8. An operator who starts from ICP and pipeline outcomes and can connect their work to revenue impact.
  9. SaaS/B2B experience; able to work a hybrid schedule out of our Boston office.
BONUS POINTS
  1. Experience extending GTM systems into Customer Success and Support (churn/expansion signals, onboarding automation, Zendesk support triage and deflection).
  2. Experience helping consolidate and document a GTM tech stack.
  3. Familiarity with our stack (HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEMrush) and modern enrichment/AI tools (e.g., Exa, Firecrawl, Clay AI).
  4. Data warehouse / reverse ETL experience (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Census, Hightouch).
  5. Fluency or working proficiency in a second language.
BENEFITS
  • 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision
  • 12 Paid Holidays per Year
  • Discretionary Time Off
  • Paid Parental Leave
