JMT is seeking a Construction Engineer/Manager to be responsible for providing Construction Management services in the Central Pennsylvania region.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Provide Construction Management Services including conducting meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, track project schedules, and provide regular oversight to construction projects
  • Perform constructability reviews
  • Provide oversight into budget tracking and project staffing
  • Assist with project QA/QC
  • Maintains and builds client relationships
  • Development of Statements of Interest/Proposals
