As a Quality Engineer Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Description
  • Oversees test plan execution, ensuring alignment with project/program goals and resolving blockers and risks impacting timelines.
  • Validates that data aligns to test strategy requirements, including System/Business End to End testing. Provides support to Quality Engineers for any issues related to test data creation, acquisition, and provisioning.
  • Reviews post-production validation plan and works with team and business to evaluate outcomes, ensuring that results inform future test plans.
  • Reviews planned changes and ensures testing has been completed to meet test strategy requirements and all testing risks are dispositioned.
  • Identifies and develops mitigations and process improvements, communicating them to the Quality Engineer leadership.
  • Manages Quality Engineer staffing needs and provides leadership with resource requirements during annual planning.
