Job Description:
- Lead packaging projects or teams to design, develop, optimize and specify materials that deliver consumer benefit through new products, quality improvements and cost-savings opportunities.
- Apply industry-leading technologies and tools and leverage supplier relationships while effectively managing intellectual property rights.
- Deliver solutions on time and on budget using project management methodologies and providing status updates to stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for packaging development and packaging technologies by: continually updating your business-relevant expertise; driving the technical development of people by teaching, coaching, mentoring and identifying future technical leaders; defining and sharing technical best practices, and; influencing the technical direction of the business.
Requirements:
- B.S or M.S. Packaging or Technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial Chemical or Food Engineering.)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in packaging development
- Leadership experience requiredÂ
- Strong technical foundation and a high level of technical curiosityÂ
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage complexityÂ
- Executional excellence, personal leadership, time management and problem-solving competenciesÂ

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
