\n   The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience.\n <\/div>\n
\n   You will be responsible for:\n <\/div>\n
\n 1. Planning, staffing, supervising, overseeing and directing the efforts of department team members\n <\/div>\n
\n 2. Guiding the team of technicians in projects and tactical assignments\n <\/div>\n
\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n Requirements:\n <\/div>\n
\n 1. Associates degree or equivalent experience in a technical field\n <\/div>\n
\n 2. 8+ years of related experience\n <\/div>\n
\n 3. Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred\n <\/div>\n
\n 4. 5+ years of experience in product development activity preferred\n <\/div>\n
\n 5. Familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis preferred\n <\/div>\n
\n 6. Experience and knowledge in ISO 2009 and \/ or TS 16949 procedure and documentation requirements of the lab activity preferred\n <\/div>\n
\n 7. Strong troubleshooting skills required\n <\/div>\n
