Job description

**This is NOT a remote position. Only local Utah candidates need apply.**

The Company

Revver is redefining the future of enterprise document management and intelligent business operations in a $24B+ and rapidly growing market that has long been underserved by outdated legacy platforms and disconnected systems. While many enterprise organizations still struggle with fragmented data, siloed workflows, and inefficient processes spread across multiple tools, Revver is leading a new category of AI-driven document and workflow automation by helping businesses centralize information, eliminate operational friction, and unlock the full value of their data through powerful integrations and automations.

We are looking for a highly technical GTM operator who can architect, automate, and scale our revenue infrastructure using modern tools, APIs, AI systems, and custom workflows.

This is not a traditional RevOps management role.

We want a builder.

Someone who writes scripts, connects systems, deploys automations, experiments with AI agents, and improves how revenue teams operate every week.

Who You Are

As our Senior GTM Engineer / Director of GTM Systems & Automation, you will own the architecture and optimization of Revver's go-to-market infrastructure.

You will operate at the intersection of:

  • Coder/Scriptor
  • Revenue Operations
  • Automation Engineering
  • AI Workflows
  • Systems Architecture
  • Data Operations
  • GTM Strategy

You will build scalable operational systems that improve how sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership operate every day.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, moves quickly, experiments aggressively, and prefers shipping over managing.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Architect and maintain Revver's GTM systems ecosystem
  • Own and optimize Salesforce/Hubspot architecture, workflows, and integrations
  • Build automations that reduce manual operational work across GTM teams
  • Create AI-assisted workflows and internal AI agents to improve productivity and execution
  • Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and custom integrations
  • Develop scalable workflows for:
    • lead routing
    • enrichment
    • attribution
    • forecasting
    • onboarding
    • lifecycle automation
    • customer intelligence
  • Build scripts, automations, and lightweight internal tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement modern GTM and AI tooling
  • Improve data quality, system reliability, and operational visibility
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on scaling revenue infrastructure
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks and deploy solutions quickly

What You'll Do

  • Strong experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Revenue Systems, Sales Engineering, or Automation Engineering
  • Deep Salesforce.com/Hubspot experience including integrations and automation architecture
  • Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, webhooks, and system orchestration
  • Ability to write scripts and build automations using tools such as:
    • Python
    • JavaScript
    • SQL
    • Zapier
    • Make
    • n8n
    • Clay
    • OpenAI APIs
    • HubSpot
    • Slack integrations
    • Apollo
    • Salesforce.com
    • workflow orchestration platforms
  • Experience deploying AI-powered workflows, AI agents, or operational automations
  • Strong systems thinking and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to move from concept to production quickly
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue motions and GTM operations
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

You Get Bonus Points If

  • Experience building AI-assisted outbound or GTM workflows
  • Experience with LLM APIs, prompt orchestration, or agentic workflows
  • Experience with modern enrichment and signal-based GTM tooling
  • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
  • Experience implementing custom Hubspot/Salesforce integrations
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack and engineering methodologies
  • Strong product-minded operational thinking

What We Offer

  • 10 paid holidays
  • Uncapped PTO
  • Competitive salary
  • Parental leave
  • Opportunities to grow your career
  • Top-notch work-life balance and company culture
