Job description

A well-established global manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Direct Hire) to support process improvement and operational excellence at its Parsons, TN facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to improve manufacturing processes, implement Lean initiatives, and support automation, capital projects, and new product introductions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Improve production processes, layouts, workflows, assembly methods, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain MBOMs, routings, work instructions, layouts, and engineering change documentation.
  • Support capital equipment, automation, new product introduction, tooling, and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus.
Salary: $85K - 95K base (possible flex) + 5% annual bonus
