Apple is seeking a seasoned, visionary engineering leader to join our Silicon Engineering team as an Engineering Program Manager. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind the development and delivery of world-class Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IPs for Apple's most advanced custom SoCs - setting technical and program direction from early architecture through mass production. You will lead complex, multi-generational IP programs spanning Apple's consumer devices and large-scale data center infrastructure, working alongside and influencing the brightest engineering minds in the industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the silicon that defines Apple's most innovative products and the data centers that power them at global scale.
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering and 10+ years relevant experience.
Experience includes a track record of experience in any one of the following: Analog-mixed-signal (AMS) IP design OR Product development/program management/project management in AMS space OR Design engineering management in AMS space.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs across multiple technology nodes.
Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure at scale .
Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps in alignment with product strategy and business objectives
Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations
Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools, IP development methodologies, and SoC integration across cutting-edge technology nodes for both consumer and data center platforms
History of proactive risk management and real-time crisis leadership in high-complexity, high-visibility programs with direct executive accountability.
