What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Controls, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in PLC and HMI programming, SCADA development, and/or control panel design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming, relay control logic, and HMI programming. Strong understanding of AutoCAD for reviewing schematics and drawings.
- Circuit Design: Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, including 4-20mA circuits.
- Practical Experience: Hands-on with electrical engineering tools and test equipment. Familiarity with component selection and qualification for control and starter panels.
- Problem-Solver: Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
