Marketing Specialist

Location: Bradford, ON (Onsite)

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 + Benefits


About the Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support two established brands within the sports and recreation industry. This role will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives, supporting sales enablement efforts, and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple channels.


The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, create content, and support product promotions across North America.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Manage and grow social media channels across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain and update company websites using WordPress while supporting SEO efforts.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Create marketing content including social graphics, email templates, product imagery, and promotional materials.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Develop and maintain sales presentations, brochures, product literature, and marketing collateral.
  • Support product launches through go-to-market messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with dealer and distributor marketing initiatives, including co-branded programs and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools that support customer acquisition and account growth.

Brand & Event Marketing

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify and support cross-promotional opportunities across product lines.
  • Assist with trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including promotional materials and event coordination.
  • Support ongoing brand awareness and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or product-focused environment.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred

  • Experience within sports, recreation, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • French language skills considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or corporate events.
