What You'll Do:
As an Analyst, SEM , you'll be at the forefront of campaign performance, working across a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Campaign Mastery:Own the overall management and optimization of client accounts, ensuring campaigns consistently meet or exceed delivery, reach, and performance goals.
  • Tech Savvy:Develop deep expertise in leading ad technology platforms like Google Search Ads 360, as well as our proprietary internal technology and data platforms.
  • Strategic Growth:Conduct thorough keyword research, develop campaign structures, and craft compelling ad copy for SEM initiatives. You'll also analyze performance data to identify opportunities for increased ROI.
  • Collaborative Impact:Work hand-in-hand with our SEM team, account management, media services, and analytics experts to oversee paid search, video, and contextual marketing campaigns.
  • Testing & Innovation:Partner with analytics to design and execute A/B landing page and creative ad tests, using insights to propose product enhancements. You'll also write and edit ad copy specifically for testing purposes.
  • Execution Excellence:Build bulksheets, create tracking URLs, and meticulously launch campaigns. You'll manage budget allocation, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement advanced bidding strategies and automated rules within tools like Google Search Ads 360.
  • Competitive Edge:Conduct regular competitive research analysis to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Continuous Learning:Stay current with new tools, ad formats, trends, and best practices in Search and Emerging Media. You'll share insights with the team and contribute to improving our technology stack and operational effectiveness.
  • Healthcare Compliance:Create, format, and update Med Legal submission documents for assigned accounts (experience in the pharmaceutical vertical is a plus!).
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience:1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search accounts.
  • Analytical Prowess:Strong web analytics background with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform V-lookups.
  • Platform Knowledge:Familiarity with Web Analytics software such as Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics, alongside bid management tools like Search Ads 360.
  • Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or any quantitative or analytical related field.
