Job Summary:
ListEngage is the country’s largest independent Salesforce Marketing Cloud partner, dedicated to digital transformation. The Enterprise Project Manager facilitates client engagements, manages project deliverables, and ensures client satisfaction while maximizing the value of Salesforce investments.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing strategies.
• Drive client value by ensuring the completion of deliverables, optimizing plans and aligning resources effectively
• Serve as the primary client contact for all aspects of the client engagement, developing trust through proactive communication
• Execute the transition from sales and/or implementation services to ongoing delivery by collaborating with internal teams to fully understand client expectations and objectives
• Create and manage project plans to support the larger engagement while keeping the team on-task towards completion to milestone delivery dates
• Bring attention to the value in the relationship by highlighting key successes with clients weekly
• Facilitate and actively participate in meetings such as regularly scheduled status updates and other meetings as necessary
• Ensure client's overall success on project deliverables, optimize plans and align resources to deliver maximum value to clients
• Actively communicate project updates and any necessary project risk mitigation to clients, including changes to project scope, schedule and/or costs as necessary
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of professional experience managing client engagements or implementations across enterprise clients (experience servicing Salesforce platform preferred)
• Experienced project leader with the ability to use communication, persuasion and influence with functional teams including technical and production teams to achieve goals
• Ability to work during normal US business hours
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience actively working with customers and solutions engineering teams to deliver valuable platform solutions for customers
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
• Proven ability to grasp technical solutions, concepts and data-driven marketing
